Minutes of the Annual Parish Assembly held in Todwick Village Hall
at 7.30p.m. on Tuesday 26th April 2005

04/191 APOLOGIES

Apologies had been received from Councillors Langford and Varah

04/192 APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF 27 APRIL 2004

There were no amendments

The minutes were signed as a correct record.

04/193 MATTERS ARISING

There were no matters arising.

04/194 URGENT ITEMS FOR LATER CONSIDERATIONS

There were no items for later consideration.

04/195 CHAIRMAN'S REPORT

Chairman presented his report.

04/196 CLERK & FINANCIAL OFFICER'S REPORT

Clerk had undertaken all the duties placed on him at the previous assembly. He explained the accounts for financial year 2004/5 and answered questions.

04/197 APPROVAL OF THE ACCOUNTS FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2004/5

All members had been provided with a copy of the accounts for financial year 2004/5 together with an explanation of significant variances with their papers for the meeting.

Resolved to approve the Accounts for Financial Year 2004/5.

Chairman and Clerk signed and dated the approved accounts.

04/198 COMMITTEE REPORTS

ALLOTMENTS

L Waller reported that only two of the six allotments ploughed the previous year had yet been rented. School children from Wales High School may be renting an allotment through the School.

Mr. Richard Waller had cleared the bottom six allotments but had refused to be paid for doing so.

Resolved that the Clerk write to thank Mr. Waller.

RECREATION

Mosley reported on successful seasons for all the user clubs. The Bowling Club had introduced a coaching system and indoor bowling in the village hall.
