Assets are valued on replacement cost with the exception of community land, which is valued as nil.
The village hall is owned by the Parish Council as Guardian Trustee but administered and insured by a Management Committee. The accounts are audited separately.
The Parish Council is the Trustee of the Recreation Ground Charity. It does not own the land.
The cricket pavilion has been demolished and removed from the Asset Register.
